Key Dates:

• September 25, 2024: Embargo release for abstracts submitted during the regular abstract submission period and accepted into the IGCS 2024 scientific program. Trials-in-Progress and Early-Career abstracts are also released on this date.
• October 9, 2024: Release of late-breaking abstract titles and presenting author names
• October 10, 2024: Seminal abstract embargo release
• October 16-18, 2024: Full late-breaking abstract embargo release
  *Full late-breaking abstracts are released in the morning on their scheduled oral presentation day. 

Abstract titles and presenter names of abstracts submitted during the regular submission period and selected for oral, short oral, featured printed poster and featured surgical film presentations will be visible via the IGCS 2024 interactive program in their designated sessions once the notification process has been completed. The abstract bodies of all abstracts* submitted and accepted for presentation during the regular submission period (e.g. selected for oral (plenary), IGCS poster talk, featured printed poster (poster rounds), E-Poster, featured surgical film, and on-demand surgical film presentations), as well as Trials-in-Progress abstracts will be released on September 25, 2024, on the IGCS 2024 website via the Abstract Publications page. Abstracts will also be visible via the interactive program if allocated in Plenary, IGCS Poster Talk, Poster Rounds or Featured Surgical Film sessions.

Policy Update: Late-breaking abstract titles and presenting author names will be released via the interactive program in their assigned Plenary and IGCS Poster Talk sessions one week before the meeting – October 9, 2024.

Full abstract bodies of late-breaking abstracts will be released in the morning on their presentation day via the Abstract Publications page.
