As part of IGCS 2025, we are excited to introduce a dedicated, hands-on workshop on Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT) and Image-Guided Brachytherapy (IGBT)—designed specifically for radiation oncologists seeking to elevate their clinical practice and deliver cutting-edge care.

Registration for the workshop is free with full access to IGCS 2025 Annual Global Meeting included for workshop participants. Workshop space is limited. We encourage you to carefully consider your availability and commitment before registering for the IGCS 2025 Radiation Contouring Workshop. Please register only if you are certain you can attend. IGCS may reach out closer to the workshop to re-confirm your attendance.
Abstract Submission
A special abstract submission is available for workshop participants.
Submit an abstract on a radiation oncology topic to showcase your research to a global radiation oncology community dedicated to advancing gynecologic cancer care. IGCS welcomes new data, previously published and updated data, previously published data (encores), films (brachytherapy procedure videos), and trials-in-progress for abstract consideration.
Accepted abstracts will be considered for featured ePoster oral presentations, ePosters, and on-demand films.
IMPORTANT:
- Please read the submission guidelines before submitting your abstract.
- Please select “Clinical Disciplines” >> “Radiation Oncology” from the list of topics for your abstract. Abstracts that are not related to radiation oncology will not be considered for presentation.
