Columns and Big Bridge

Attendees entering from the East gate will walk towards the North Gate

They will walk past the Edge Columns on the way to the Grand Ballroom so this is a maximum visibility opportunity

The Grand Ball room is right beside Hall B

There are 6 Edge columns which are double sided :Front 3.8m * 4.3m (960px * 2,160px) 2side Back 2.2m * 4.3m (560px * 1,000px) 1side

There are 2 Big Bridge sign’s available

Bridge & Floor

Walking towards the Grand Ballroom from the East gate you will see a large bridge sign which is between floors 2 and 3

Can be a video of up to 15 sec, it will display for 30 sec up to 100 x per day

ESCALATORS FROM LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2

Two sets of escalators going from the ground floor to the second floor are available for branding

This will be the main way delegates will go to the meeting rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors

BRANDED HOTEL KEY HOLDERS

The Intercontinental Seoul Coex and the other Intercontinental will be the two main hotels for attendees. This is a great branding opportunity which will be handed to the guest during check in and used throughout the three days of the meeting

A minimum of 500 key holders will be produced
