Key Dates:

• October 17^th, 2023: Embargo release for abstracts submitted during the regular abstract submission period and accepted into the IGCS 2023 scientific program. Trials in Progress abstracts are also released on this date.
• November 1^st, 2023: Embargo release for seminal abstracts and abstract titles.
• November 5-7^th, 2023: Embargo release for late-breaking abstracts and abstract titles selected for oral and short oral presentations.
  *Late-breaking abstract embargo is released on the day of the oral presentation. 

Abstract titles and presenter names of abstracts selected for oral, focused plenary and featured surgical film presentations will be visible via the IGCS 2023 interactive program in their designated sessions once the notification process has been completed. The abstract bodies of all abstracts* submitted and accepted for presentation during the regular submission period (e.g. selected for oral (plenary), short oral (focused plenary), featured printed poster (poster rounds), ePoster, featured surgical film, and on-demand surgical film presentations), as well as Trials-in-Progress abstracts will be released on October 17^th, 2023, on the IGCS 2023 website via the Abstract Publications page. Abstracts will also be visible via the interactive program if allocated to sessions with oral, focused plenary, or featured surgical film presentations.

Late-breaking abstracts will be released on the day of their presentation before the session starts. The titles of late-breaking abstracts accepted for oral and short oral presentations will be placed under embargo and will not be visible via the interactive program until the embargo is released.
