Registration

Registration for the workshop is included with IGCS 2026 Annual Global Meeting registration.

When registering for IGCS 2026, check the box indicating your interest in attending the workshop. Those who check the box will be reached out by IGCS with more information about attending the workshop.

Workshop space is limited and checking the box when completing your registration does not guarantee a spot to the workshop.

Abstract Submission

Submit an abstract on a radiation oncology topic to showcase your research to a global radiation oncology community dedicated to advancing gynecologic cancer care. IGCS welcomes new data, previously published and updated data, films (brachytherapy procedure videos), and trials-in-progress for abstract consideration.

Abstract submission deadline is May 4 at 23:59 PM ET.

  • Please select “Clinical Disciplines” >> “Radiation Oncology” from the list of topics for your abstract. Abstracts that are not related to radiation oncology will not be considered for presentation.
