LIVE SESSIONS

What does it mean that my session is “live”?

Live means delivering the presentations online at the time of the event. Delegates will view your presentation as you deliver the content and can submit questions live for discussion. During your presentation delegates will also be able to view your biography and any supporting materials.

There is also the opportunity to deploy live polls and more. The video on the meeting website shares more specifics. www.igcsmeeting.com.

How is the program structured?

Each day there will be simultaneous channels of education offered. Channels 1 & 2 will offer live courses while channels 3 & 4 offer pre-recorded content. Pre-recorded content is all-new, never before aired, sessions that will be broadcast at the assigned time in the program.

Is the session available at another time?

Yes. Each live session will be recorded and made available in an on-demand library within 2 hours of airing. In addition, all pre-taped courses airing on channels 3 & 4 will be available on-demand throughout the duration of the meeting. The portal will remain open for 10 days following the close of the meeting.

Is there speaker training?

Yes. All speakers, discussants, moderators, and panelists involved in a live session are required to attend a speaker training workshop. The training sessions will be held within the same platform used during the live event. Training sessions will begin in late July and run through August.
